Context
A banking client needed a social video campaign designed to scale across platforms, markets, and product variants.
What began as five core 9:16 videos ultimately had to support multiple formats, languages and variants, all while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight delivery timelines.

- Built the base videos with scalability as a first-class constraint
- Planned the production order to minimise rework and duplication
- Managed formatting, localisation, and variant creation across the campaign
- Tracked progress and delivery across a large matrix of outputs

Solution
- Created five core 9:16 videos as the single source of truth
- Adapted into four additional aspect ratios, producing 25 videos
- Localised all formats into four additional markets, resulting in 125 videos
- Produced a second variant of each video with different cards, messaging, legals and CTAs, resulting in 250 unique deliverables
- Used a detailed tracking spreadsheet to manage formats, languages, variants, and approval status
