Context
A banking client needed a social video campaign that could scale across platforms, markets, and product variants.
What started as five core 9:16 videos had to support multiple aspect ratios, languages, and messaging variants, all while maintaining brand consistency and hitting tight delivery timelines.
The challenge wasn't making five good videos. It was building five videos that could easily become 250 without breaking.

Solution
- Built five core 9:16 videos with scalability as a first-class constraint from the start.
- Adapted into four additional aspect ratios, producing 25 videos.
- Localised all formats into four additional markets, resulting in 125 videos.
- Produced a second variant of each with different cards, messaging, legals, and CTAs, reaching 250 unique deliverables.
- Managed all outputs using a detailed tracking spreadsheet across formats, languages, variants, and approval status.

Impact
250 final video assets delivered from five base creatives.
Zero rework. Visual and brand consistency maintained across every format and language.
The project established a repeatable approach that Vidsy has since used for other high-volume campaigns.
